适应症
本品适用于口服铁剂效果不好而需要静脉铁剂治疗的缺铁性贫血病人，如口服铁剂不能耐受或吸收不好者。
用法用量
用法本品应以滴注或缓慢注射的方式静脉给药，或直接注射到透析器的静脉端。静脉滴注：只能用生理盐水稀释20倍，滴注速度为：100mg铁滴注至少15分钟；200mg至少滴注30分钟；300mg滴注1.5小时；400mg滴注2.5小时；500mg滴注3.5小时。静脉注射：不用稀释，推荐速度为每分钟1ml本品（5ml本品至少注射5分钟），每次最大注射剂量是10ml本品(200mg铁)。直接注射到透析器的静脉端：不用稀释，注射情况同“静脉注射”在新病人第一次治疗前，应按照推荐的方法先给予一个小剂量进行测试。成人用1~2.5ml（20~50mg铁），体重＞14公斤的儿童用1ml（20mg铁），体重＜14公斤的儿童用日剂量的一半（1.5mg/kg）。应备有心肺复苏设备。如果在给药15分钟后未出现任何不良反应，继续给予余下的药液。常用剂量成年人和老年人：根据血红蛋白水平每周用药二到三次，每次5~10ml（100~200mg铁）儿童：根据血红蛋白水平每周用药二到三次，每次每公斤体重0.15ml本品（＝3mg/公斤体重）
不良反应
罕见过敏性反应。偶尔出现金属味，头痛，恶心，呕吐，低血压。极少出现副交感神经兴奋，胃肠功能障碍，肌肉痛，发热，在输液部位发生静脉曲张或痉挛。
禁忌
禁用非缺铁性贫血；铁过量或铁利用障碍；已知对单糖或二糖铁复合物过敏者。
注意事项
有支气管哮喘，铁结合率低和/或叶酸缺乏症的病人，应特别注意过敏反应的发生。有严重肝功能不良，感染，过敏史的病人慎用。如注射速度太快，会引发低血压。谨防静脉外渗漏。妊娠头3个月不建议使用，妊娠中，晚期慎用。
