适应症
主要用作叶酸拮抗剂（如甲氨蝶呤、乙胺嘧啶或甲氧苄啶等）的解毒剂。本品临床常用于预防甲氨蝶呤过量或大剂量治疗后所引起的严重毒性作用。当口服叶酸疗效不佳时，也用于口炎性腹泻、营养不良、妊娠期或婴儿期引起的巨幼细胞性贫血，但对维生素B12缺乏性贫血并不适用。近年应用亚叶酸钙作为结肠、直肠癌的辅助治疗，与氟尿嘧啶联合应用，可延长存活期。
用法用量
1?叶酸拮抗剂治疗后亚叶酸钙“解救”疗法：
根据甲氨蝶呤的血药浓度决定亚叶酸钙的剂量。一般静脉注射甲氨蝶呤24小时后，采用本品剂量按体表面积9-15mg/m2，每6-8小时一次，持续2日，直至血中甲氨喋呤浓度在5×10-8mol/L以下。作为乙胺嘧啶或甲氧苄啶等的解毒剂，每次肌注9～15mg，视中毒情况而定。
2?甲氨喋呤的过量补救：
当不慎超剂量使用甲氨喋呤时，应尽可能及时使用亚叶酸钙进行急救;排泄延迟时，也应在甲氨喋呤使用24小时内应用亚叶酸钙。一般每6小时
不良反应
很少见，偶见皮疹、荨麻疹或引起哮喘急性发作等。
禁忌
尚不明确。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
