适应症
抗组胺药。用于治疗急、慢性荨麻疹、常年性变应性鼻炎和其他急慢性过敏性反应症状。
用法用量
口服，成人每日2次，每次1mg(1片)。必要时在医生指导下可增量。日用量最多6mg（6片），不可超过此量。
不良反应
用药时，可能出现疲劳、困倦、头痛、头晕、胃部不适、口干、饥饿、恶心，个别出现腹泻、便秘及失眠症状；大剂量用药时，可出现注意力减退、整日发困、反应迟钝、恶心等症状。如有以上反应，请向医生说明。
禁忌
孕妇，哺乳期妇女，严重肝、肾疾病者，对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.因司他斯汀吸收后广泛地分布于各组织中，患有严重内脏疾病的患者应在医生指导下权衡利弊使用。
2.本品主要经肝、肾代谢，患有显著肝、肾功能障碍的患者应避免服用。
3.动物实验表明，本品可延长酒精及环己烯巴比妥引起的睡眠时间，但作用较弱。用药期间忌服酒类。
4.推荐剂量的司他斯汀对自主运动无影响。服用本药,可对患者工作能力及驾驶安全产生消极影响。
5.若同时服用其他药物，则影响本品效果，须向医生说明。

遮光，密封保存。
