适应症

用于术后咯痰困难，急、慢性支气管炎，支气管扩张，肺炎，肺结核，肺气肿等引起痰液粘稠和咯痰困难者。现也多用于特发性间质肺的治疗。

用法用量

1.喷雾：临用前，用氯化钠注射液使溶解成 10%溶液，喷雾吸入，一次 1~3ml，一日 2~3次。用于非紧急情况。|2.气管滴入：急救时用5%溶液，经气管或直接滴入气管内，每次1~2ml，1日2~6次。|3.气管注入：急救时用5%溶液用注射器自气管环状软骨环甲膜注入气管腔内，每次0.5~2ml（婴儿0.5ml，儿童1ml，成人2ml）|4.片剂：将片剂或袋装内容物均置于玻璃容器中，加少量的水溶解，混匀（如果需要可借助匙子），就可获得可口的溶液，可直接饮用。如果是小孩，则可用匙子或食瓶喂上。

不良反应

1.本品可引起呛咳、支气管痉挛、恶心、呕吐等反应，减量即可缓解或停药。支气管痉挛可用异丙肾上腺素缓解。|2.静注此药治疗对乙酰氨基酚严重中毒，发生了过敏反应，如周身红疹、瘙痒、恶心、呕吐、头晕及支气管痉挛伴气短及心动过速。其他不良反应为血管神经性水肿、低血压、支气管痉挛。

禁忌

支气管哮喘患者禁用。

注意事项

1.支气管哮喘者禁用；|2.老年人伴有呼吸功能不全者慎用；|3.不宜与一些金属如铁、铜、橡胶及氧化剂接触，喷雾器要采用玻璃或塑料制品；|4.应用本品时应新鲜配制，剩余的溶液需保存在冰箱内，48小时内用完。
