适应症
本品适用于消化性溃疡所致上消化道出血，除肿瘤及食道、胃底，静脉曲张以外的各种原因所致的胃及十二指肠粘膜糜烂出血者。
用法用量
1.在消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血或胃及十二指肠粘膜糜烂出血者必须减少胃酸分泌而又不宜经口服给药时，使用本品。 2.本品一次20mg(1支)用5%的葡萄糖250ml稀释静脉滴注，时间维持30分钟以上，或加生理盐水20ml静脉缓慢推注（不少于3分钟）。 3.一日2次（间隔十二小时），疗程五天。 4.一旦病情许可，应迅速将静脉用药改为口服给药。
不良反应
少数患者可有口干，头晕，失眠，便秘，腹泻，皮疹，面部潮红，白细胞减少。偶有轻度一过性转氨酶增高等。罕见腹部胀满感，食欲不振及心率增加，血压上升，颜面潮红，月经不调等。
禁忌
对本品过敏、严重肾功能不全者及孕妇、哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1. 本品会隐蔽胃癌症状，故应在排除肿瘤和食道胃底静脉曲张后再给药。2. 有肝、肾功能不全者慎用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
