适应症
本品适用于敏感细菌引起的下列感染:|1.呼吸道感染:慢性支气管炎急性发作、支气管扩张伴感染、急性支气管炎、肺炎等。|2.泌尿生殖系统感染:急性膀胱炎、急性肾盂肾炎、复杂性尿路感染、漫性尿路感染急性发作、急慢性前列腺炎,单纯性淋病等。|3.腹腔、胆道、肠道、伤寒等感染。|4.皮肤软组织感染。|5.其它感染,如鼻窦炎、中耳炎、眼睑炎等。
用法用量
静脉滴注;成人每次0.2g，稀释于5％葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250ml中，滴注时间每100ml不少于60分钟，每日2次，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.洛美沙星常见不良反应主要为:头痛、恶心、呕吐、光过敏、眩晕、腹泻和腹痛等。|2.洛美沙星尚观察到下列不良反应:|(1)自主性的:出汗增多、口渴、面色潮红等。|(2)身体:疲劳、背痛、抑郁、衰弱等。|(3)心血管:心悸、亢进、高血压、低血压、心肌梗塞、心绞痛等。|(4)中枢神经系统及周围神经系统:震颤、眩晕、感觉异常、抽搐、癫痫发作等。|(5)胃肠道:消化不良、呕吐、便秘、胃肠道出血、吞咽困难等。|(6)血液学:紫癫、淋巴结病、血小板增多症、贫血病等。|(7)肝、肾:血清氨基酸转移酶?BUN值升高。|(8)代谢:口渴、高血糖。|(9)肌肉骨骼:关节痛、肌痛、腿痛性痉挛。 |(10)眼科:视觉异常、结膜炎、惧光等。|(11)精神科:失眠症、神经质、幻觉、抑郁。|(12)生殖系统:女性:念珠菌病、阴道炎、月经异常等。男性:附睾炎、睾丸炎。|(13)呼吸系统:呼吸道感染、鼻炎、咽炎、呼吸困难等。|(14)皮肤过敏:瘙痒症、风疹、皮肤脱落等。偶可发生渗出性多形性红斑及血管神经性水肿。|(15)特殊感觉:味觉异常。|(16)尿道:血尿症、结晶尿、尿频、排尿困难、无尿等。|(17)局部:静脉炎。
禁忌
对本品或其它喹诺酮类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.肾功能减退者或肝功能不全者慎用,若使用,应注意监测肝、肾功能,适当调整剂量。|2.原有中枢神经系统疾患者,包括脑动脉硬化或癫痫病史者均应避免应用,有指征时权衡利弊应用。|3.喹诺酮类药物品种间存在交叉过敏反应,对任何一种喹诺酮类过敏者不宜使用本品。|4.患者的尿液pH值在7以上时易发生结晶尿,故每日进水量必须充足,以使每日尿量保持在1200－1500ml以上。|5.患者尚应注意下列事宜：|(1)本品可发生中到重度光过敏反应,在治疗期间及治疗后几天内尽可能避免直接或间接的接触阳光及紫外光。|(2)用药后12小时避免接触阳光可减少洛美沙星带来的光毒性。|(3)出现光毒反应症状如皮肤灼热、发红、肿胀、水疱、皮疹、瘙痒、皮炎等应停止用药。|(4)已出现过光毒反应的病人应避免接触阳光和紫外光,直至完全恢复。|(5)在用药前后2小时不要服用含有金属或矿物质的矿物质补充剂或维生素。

遮光、密闭，在阴凉处保存。
