适应症
用于呼吸衰竭。
用法用量
1.静脉注射：按体重一次0.5~1.0mg/kg，不超过1.5mg/kg，如需重复给药，至少间隔5分种。每小时用量不宜超过300mg。|2.静脉滴注：按体重一次0.5~1.0mg/kg，临用前加葡萄糖氯化钠注射液稀释后静脉滴注，直至获得疗效，总量不超过一日3g。
不良反应
头痛、无力、恶心、呕吐、出汗、感觉奇热、腹泻及尿潴留。
禁忌
惊厥、癫痫、重度高血压、嗜铬细胞瘤、甲状腺功能亢进、冠心病、颅高压、严重肺部疾患者禁用。
注意事项
1.用药时常规测定血压和脉搏，以防止药物过量。|2.静脉注射漏到血管外或静脉滴注时间太长，均能导致血栓静脉炎或局部皮肤刺激。|3.剂量过大时，可引起心血管不良反应如血压升高、心率加快、甚至出现心律失常。|4.静脉滴注速度不宜太快，否则可引起溶血。
