适应症
本品仅适用于其他降糖药无法达到血糖控制目标的2型糖尿病患者。|单一服用本品，并辅以饮食控制和运动，可控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖。|对于饮食控制和运动加服本品或单一抗糖尿病药物，而血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者，本品可与二甲双胍或磺酰脲类药物联合应用。对服用最大推荐剂量二甲双胍或磺酰脲类药物，且血糖控制不佳的患者，本品不可替代原抗糖尿病药物，则需在其基础上联合应用。|饮食控制是2型糖尿病治疗的首选措施。限制热量、减轻体重和增加运动均有助于提高胰岛素的敏感性，因而其不仅是2型糖尿者的基础治疗，而且对有效保持药物疗效有重要的作用。在开始服用本品前，应控制影响血糖控制的病症，如感染。
用法用量
糖尿病的治疗应个体化。|本品的起始用量为4mg/日，每日1次，每次一粒。经12周的治疗后，若空腹血糖控制不理想，可加量至8毫克/日，每日一次或分两次服用（早、晚各1次）。|本品可于空腹或进餐时服用。|单药治疗：本品的起始用量4毫克/日，每日1次，每次一粒。临床试验表明，服用4毫克/次，每日2次可更明显降低患者的空腹血糖和HbAIc水平。|与磺酰脲类药物或二甲双胍合用：在使用抗糖尿病药物的同时加服本品，毋需改变原二甲双胍或磺酰脲类药物的治疗剂量。|与磺酰脲类药物合用：与磺酰脲类药物合用时，本品的起始用量为4毫克/日，每日1次，每次一粒，如患者出现低血糖，需减少磺酰脲类药物用量。|与二甲双胍合用：与二甲双胍合用时，本品的起始用量通常为4毫克/日，每日1次，每次一粒。在合并用药期间，不会发生因低血糖而需调整二甲双胍用量情况。|最大推荐剂量：本品最大推荐剂量为8毫克/日，可单次或分2次服用。临床研究表明，此剂量单药服用或与二甲双胍合用均安全有效。目前尚无本品以4毫克以上剂量与磺酰脲类药物合用的足够临床试验资料。临床试验表明，8毫克/日剂量降低空腹血糖和HbAIc最明显。|老年患者服用本品时毋需因年龄而调整剂量。|肾损害患者单用本品毋需调整剂量：因肾损害患者禁用二甲双胍，故对此类患者，本品不可与二甲双胍合用。|若2型糖尿病患者有活动性肝脏疾患的临床表现或血清转氨酶升高（ALT正常上限的2.5倍），则不应服用本品（详见吸收、分布、排泄-肝损害患者章节）。在开始服用本品前，推荐患者检测肝酶，之后需定期监测肝功（详见注意事项章节）。|本品单粒不可掰开服用。
不良反应
据国外研究资料报道：在临床试验中约4600名2型糖尿病患者接受马来酸罗格列酮治疗其中3300人治疗达6个月以上2000人治疗达12个月以上由于马来酸罗格列酮与本品具有相同的活性成份国内临床研究表明两者具有相似的安全性因此本品的不良反应可参照马来酸罗格列酮资料。
禁忌
对本品过敏者、肝肾功不全者、妊娠、哺乳期妇女以及18岁以下患者禁用。
注意事项
鉴于罗格列酮仅在胰岛素存在的条件下才可发挥作用，故本品不宜用于I型糖尿病或糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，室温保存。
