适应症

急性支气管炎,肺炎,扁桃体炎,胆管炎,胆囊炎,尿路感染,肺脓肿,慢性支气管炎,肝胆外科,消化内科,肾病内科,呼吸内科

用法用量

静脉滴注，成人每日两次，每次300mg(以帕珠沙星计)。重症感染患者及病原菌对本品敏感性较差者，剂量可酌情增加。

不良反应

用药期间可能出现腹泻、稀便、恶心、呕吐等胃肠道症状；头痛、头晕等神经系统症状以及皮疹等。亦可出现一过性肝功能异常，如血清转氨酶升高、总胆红素增加等。偶见血中尿素氮上升、嗜酸性粒细胞增多、发热等。

禁忌

对帕珠沙星及喹诺酮类药物有过敏史的患者禁用。

注意事项

1.有支气管哮喘、皮疹、荨麻疹等过敏性疾病家族史的患者慎用。 |2.肾功能不全患者：严重肾功能不全患者血药浓度持续较高；因本品中的氯化钠可解离出钠离子，可导致高血钠症。 |3.心脏或循环系统功能异常者慎用。本品中含有氯化钠，易导致水钠潴留，从而使水肿症状加重。 |4.有抽搐或癫痫等中枢神经系统疾病的患者慎用。 |5.6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶缺乏患者慎用。 |6.本品可能导致休克，所以应用本品前要详查有无过敏休克史，以便在治疗期前准备必要的抢救药品和急救监护措施，以防止休克的发生。使用时如果出现过敏性休克，除急救外，尚需密切观察病人的神志、脸色、血压，保证患者的安全。

密封，置阴凉处。
