适应症
适用于伴有痰液分泌不正常及排痰功能不良的急性、慢性呼吸道疾病，例如慢性支气管炎急性加重、喘息型支气管炎、支气管扩张及支气管哮喘的祛痰治疗。
用法用量
1.成人：每天3次，每次1片成人：若每天2次，每次2片服用，可提高疗效。
2.儿童：建议剂量为每公斤体重1.2-1.6mg/天。
3.服药时应在餐后以液体送服。
不良反应
1.通常能很好耐受。过敏反应极少出现，主要为皮疹。
2.极少病例报道出现严重的急性过敏性反应，但其与盐酸氨溴索的相关性尚不能肯定，这类病人通常对其他物质亦产生过敏。
禁忌
已知对盐酸氨溴索或其他配方成分过敏者不宜使用。
注意事项
1.孕妇、哺乳期妇女慎用。
2.儿童用量请咨询医师或药师。
3.应避免与中枢性镇咳药（如右美沙芬等）同时使用，以免稀化的痰液堵塞气道。
4.本品为一种粘液调节剂，仅对咯痰症状有一定作用，在使用时应注意咳嗽、咯痰的原因，如使用7日后未见好转，应及时就医。
5.如服用过量或发生严重不良反应时应立即就医。
6.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
7.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
8.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
9.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
10.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在阴凉（不超过20℃）干燥处保存。
