适应症
控制口腔、咽喉、食管的白色念珠菌病和曲菌性侵入疾病，或用于控制HIV/AIDS者的机会性真菌感染。
用法用量
1.口服：用于控制口腔、咽喉、食管的白色念珠菌病和曲菌性侵入疾病，每次200mg，每天2次。 2.静注：每次3～6mg/kg，每天2次，或先期给予负荷量，维持治疗以口服给药替代。
不良反应
本品相对安全。常见AST、ALT升高，发生率为10%～15%。过敏反应、疼痛、瘙痒、红肿、皮疹，发生率为1%～5%。短暂的与剂量相关的视觉障碍、视力模糊，发生率为8%～10%。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.妊娠及哺乳妇女慎用。
2.肝功能不全者慎用。
3.对视觉功能不全者需要监护。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
