适应症
1.禁用或不能使用常规雌激素与钙制剂联合治疗的早期和晚期绝经后骨质疏松症以及老年性骨质疏松症。2.继发于乳腺癌、肺癌或肾癌、骨髓瘤和其他恶性肿瘤骨转移所致的高钙血症。3.变形性骨炎。4.甲状旁腺机能亢进症、缺乏活动或维生素D中毒（包括急性或慢性中毒）。5.痛性神经营养不良症或Sudeck氏病。
用法用量
加入注射用水中，皮下或肌肉注射，需在医生指导下用药。骨质疏松症：每日一次，依据病症的严重程度，每次10-20μg或隔日20μg，为防止骨质进行性丢失，应根据个体需要，适量摄人钙和维生素D。高钙血症：每日每千克体重1-2μg，一次或分两次皮下或肌肉注射，治疗应根据病人的临床和生物化学反应进行调整，如果注射的剂量超过2ml，应采取多个部位注射。变形性骨炎：每日或隔日20μg。痛性神经营养不良症：早期诊断是重要的，而且，一旦确诊，应尽早治疗。每日20μg皮下或肌肉注射，持续2―4周；然后每周三次，每次20μg，维持6周以上；这取决于病人的反应。
不良反应
?1.可以出现恶心、呕吐、头晕、轻度的面部潮红伴发热感。这些不良反应与剂量有关，静脉注射比肌内注射或皮下注射给药更常见。2.罕见的多尿和寒战已有报告。在罕见的病例中，给予本品可导致过敏反应，包括注射部位的局部反应或全身性皮肤反应。据报道个别的过敏反应可导致心动过速、低血压和虚脱。
禁忌
1.对降钙素过敏者禁用。2.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
?1.本品临床使用前必须进行皮肤试验。皮肤试验方法如下：每支（100单位/支）加灭菌注射用水1ml溶解后，用T.B针筒取0.1ml（50单位/支的取0.2ml），用生理盐水稀释至1ml，皮下注射0.1ml（约1单位），观察15分钟，注射部位不超过中度红色为阴性，超过中度红色为阳性。2.长期卧床治疗的患者，每月需检查血液生化指标和肾功能。3.治疗过程中如出现耳鸣、眩晕、哮喘应停用。4.变形性骨炎及有骨折史的慢性疾病患者，应根据血清碱性磷酸酶及尿羟脯氨酸排出量决定停药或继续治疗。
