适应症
克拉霉素缓释片适用于对克拉霉素敏感的微生物所引起的感染：|1.下呼吸道感染：如支气管炎、肺炎等。|2.上呼吸道感染：如咽炎、窦炎等。|3.皮肤及软组织的轻中度感染：如毛囊炎、蜂窝组织炎、丹毒等。
用法用量
口服。 |1.成人常用推荐剂量为每次一片(500mg)，每日一次。餐中服用。 不要压碎或咀嚼克拉霉素缓释片。|2.12岁以上儿童，同成人。 |3.12岁以下儿童，请使用其他适宜剂型的品种。|4.克拉霉素缓释片禁用于严重肾功能损害患者(肌酐清除率＜30ml/min)。克拉霉素片也许可以用于该患者群。|5.肾功能中度受损(肌酐清除率为30-60ml/min)的患者，应将剂量减少50%，其最大剂量为每天服用1片(0.5g)克拉霉素缓释片。
不良反应
1.克拉霉素会升高由相同的细胞色素P4503A(CYP3A)同功酶代谢的药物的血清浓度。|2.已知或怀疑由相同的CYP3A同功酶代谢的药物包括阿普唑仑、卡马西平、西洛他唑、环孢菌素、丙吡胺、麦角生物碱、洛伐他丁、甲泼尼龙、咪达唑仑、奥美拉唑、口服抗凝剂（如华法林）、利发布丁、西地那非、辛伐他丁、他克莫司、三唑仑和长春碱。通过细胞色素P450系统中其它同功酶。以相似机制发生相互作用的药物还有苯妥英、茶碱和丙戊酸盐。|3.与地高辛合用，会引起地高辛血药浓度升高，应进行血药浓度监测。|4.HIV感染的成年人同时口服克拉霉素与齐多夫定时，会干扰齐多夫定的吸收使其稳态血浓度下降，应错开服药时间。|5.与利托那韦合用，会导致克拉霉素的Cmax，Cmin和AUC明显增加，14-羟基克拉霉素的形成受到明显抑制。故克拉霉素每日剂量大于1g时，不应与利托那韦合用。
禁忌
对大环内酯类抗生素过敏者禁用。由于克拉霉素缓释片剂量不能降至每日500mg以下，因此它禁用于肌酐清除率低于30ml/min的患者。克拉霉素禁止与下列药物合用：阿司咪唑、西沙比利、匹莫齐特、特非拉丁。
注意事项
1.据报道，几乎所有的抗生素包括大环内酯类可能导致轻度至危及生命的假膜性大肠炎。|2.克拉霉素主要经肝脏排泄。因此，对肝功能受损患者给药时应慎重。|3.对肾功能中至重度受损患者给予克拉霉素时也应小心。|4.还应注意克拉霉素与其它大环内酯类药物及林可霉素和克林霉素发生交叉耐药的可能性。|5.β-内酰胺酶的产生应不影响克拉霉素的活性。|6.注意：多数耐新青霉素Ⅰ和Ⅱ的菌株对克拉霉素耐药。|7.孕妇和哺乳期妇女服用克拉霉素的安全性尚未十分明确，孕妇使用克拉霉素应慎重，尤其是在妊娠头3个月。克拉霉素可由乳汁排出。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在阴凉干燥处保存（不超过20℃）。
