适应症
本品用于预防同种肾移植病人的排斥反应，及治疗难治性排斥反应。本品可与环孢素和肾上腺皮质激素同时应用。
用法用量
预防排异剂量应于移植72小时内开始口服。肾移植病人服用推荐剂量为1克，一天两次（一天2克）。口服本品2克/天比口服3克/天安全性更好。治疗难治性排斥的剂量在临床试验中，治疗难治性排斥的首次和维持剂量推荐为1.5克，一天两次（3克/天）。特殊剂量如果发生中性粒细胞减少（中性粒细胞计数绝对值<1.3×103/微升），应停止或减量。严重肾功能损害：对有严重慢性肾功能损害的病人（肾小球滤过率<25毫升/分/1.73平方米），应避免超过每次1克，一天两次的剂量（移植后即刻使用除外）。对这些病人应仔细观察。对肾移植后肾功能延期恢复的病人不需要做剂量调整或遵医嘱。
不良反应
服用吗替麦考酚酯片或联合服用吗替麦考酚酯片、环孢菌素和皮质类固醇的主要不良反应包括腹泻、白细胞减少、脓毒症和呕吐，还有频繁的某些类型的感染。接受免疫抑制方案的病人，包括合并药物的病人，接受吗替麦考酚酯片作为部分免疫抑制的病人，发生淋巴瘤和恶性肿瘤的危险性增加，尤其是皮肤。所有病人机会感染的危险性增高，危险性随免疫抑制负荷增加。
禁忌
本药的过敏反应已被观察到。因此，吗替麦考酚酯分散片禁用于对吗替麦考酚酯和麦考酚酸有过敏反应的患者。
注意事项
接受免疫抑制疗法的病人常采用联合用药方式，服用吗替麦考酚酯片作为联合应用免疫抑制药物时，有增加淋巴瘤和其他恶性肿瘤(特别是皮肤癌)发生的危险。这一危险与免疫抑制的强度和持续时间有关，而不是与某一特定药物有关。免疫系统的过度抑制也可能对感染的易感性增加。
