适应症
本品适用于口服铁剂效果不好而需要静脉铁剂治疗的病人，如： 1.口服铁剂不能耐受的病人； 2.口服铁剂吸收不好的病人。
用法用量
1.本品只能与0.9%w/v生理盐水混合使用。 2.本品不能与其它的治疗药品混合使用。 3.使用前肉眼检查一下安瓿是否有沉淀和破损，只有那些没有沉淀的药液才可使用。 4.本品的容器被打开后应立即使用：如果在日光中在4℃～25℃的温度下贮存，0.9%生理盐水稀释后的本品应在12小时内使用。 5.本品应以滴注或缓慢注射的方式静脉给药，或直接注射到透析器的静脉端，该药不适合肌肉注射或按照病人需要铁的总量一次全剂量给药。 在新病人第一次治疗前，应按照推荐的方法先给予一个小剂量进行。
不良反应
罕见过敏性反应。据报道偶尔会出现下列不良反应≥1%：
1.金属味，头痛，恶心，呕吐，腹泻，低血压，肝酶升高，胃部痉挛，胸痛，嗜睡，呼吸困难，肺炎，咳嗽，瘙痒等。
2.极少数出现副交感神经兴奋，胃肠功能障碍，肌肉痛，发热，风疹，面部潮红，四肢肿胀，呼吸困难，过敏（假过敏）反应，在输液的部位发生过静脉曲张、静脉痉挛。
禁忌
本品禁用于：非缺铁性贫血、铁过量或铁利用障碍、已知对单糖或二糖铁复合物过敏者。
注意事项
1.本品只能用于已通过适当的检查、适应症得到完全确认的患者（例如：血清铁蛋白，血红蛋白，红细胞压积，红细胞计数，红细胞指数-MCV，MCH，MCHC）。
2.非肠道使用的铁剂会引起具有潜在致命性的过敏反应或过敏样反应。
3.轻度过敏反应应服用抗组胺类药物；重度过敏反应应立即给予肾上腺素。有支气管哮喘、铁结合率低和/或叶酸缺乏症的病人，应特别注意过敏反应或过敏样反应的发生。
4.有严重肝功能不良、急性感染、有过敏史或慢性感染的病人在使用本品时应小心。
5.如果本品注射速度太快，会引发低血压。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
