适应症
1.骨质疏松症。|2.维生素D缺乏性佝偻病和软骨病，跖骨头骨软骨病。|3.肾性骨病。|4.甲状旁腺功能减退症。
用法用量
口服：|1.成人，慢性肾功能不全和骨质疏松症：每次0.5mg(2粒)，每日1次，或遵医嘱。|2.儿童，应遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.小剂量单独使用(<1.0μg/d)一般无不良反应，长期大剂量用药或与钙剂合用可能会引起高钙血症和高钙尿症。|2.偶见食欲不振、恶心、呕吐及皮肤瘙痒感等。
禁忌
对维生素D及其类似物过敏、具有高钙血症、有维生素D中毒征象者禁用。
注意事项
1.青年患者只限用于青年特发性骨质疏松症及糖皮质激素过多引起的骨质疏松症。|2.用药过程中应注意监测血钙、血尿素氮、肌酐，以及尿钙、尿肌酐。|3.出现高钙血症时须停药，并予有关处理，待血钙恢复正常，按末次剂量减半给药。|4.超大剂量服药可能出现胃肠道系统、肝脏方面、精神神经系统、循环系统等方面的不良反应，如：胃痛、便秘、GOT及GPT升高、头痛、血压轻度升高等。

密封，在避光处干燥处保存。
