适应症
该药品可用于治疗因敏感菌引起的呼吸道感染伴有粘稠痰液不易咳出的症状。
用法用量
口服。成人：一般一次1片，一日3次，由医生确定服用本品的疗程。
不良反应
1.可能出现的副作用有：消化道症状，包括出现腹泻、恶心、头晕、腹痛和呕吐。在长期使用头孢类药物时，可能会导致不敏感菌的大量繁殖，出现腹泻、伪膜性结肠炎等消化道症状。个别情况下会出现暂时性肝脏不适，或胆汁郁积性黄疸。|2.个别情况下会出现淋巴节肿大和蛋白尿。当停药后几天，这些症状会自然消失。|3.过敏性症状：如皮肤斑疹、瘙痒、潮红，呼吸困难、体温升高伴有寒战等。服用头孢类药物后，偶有红斑渗出、剥脱性皮炎，斯蒂芬斯-约翰逊综合征。此外还可出现如无力、水肿、呼吸困难、暂时知觉丧失、心率加快等症状，应停止服药，并应到医院就诊。|4.神经系统：下列情况很少出现：暂时的兴奋、紧张不安、失眠、精神错乱、肌张力增高、头晕、困倦。|5.在服用头孢克洛后实验室检查可能出现的变化：如肝脏SGOT、SGPT和碱性磷酸酶轻度升高。暂时性白细胞数量减少，一过性淋巴细胞增多等，罕见溶血性贫血。|6.偶有出现血小板减少，可逆性间质性肾炎，生殖器瘙痒，阴道炎等。
禁忌
对头孢菌素类抗生素或溴己新有过敏史的患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品与青霉素类抗生素或头霉素（cephamycin）有交叉过敏反应，因此对青霉素类、青霉素衍生物、青霉胺及头霉素过敏者慎用。|2.肾功能减退或肝功能损害者慎用。|3.有胃肠道疾病史者，特别是溃疡性结肠炎、局限性肠炎或抗生素相关性结肠炎者慎用。|4.长期服用本品可致菌群失调，引发继发性感染。|5.对实验室检查指标的干扰：抗球蛋白（Coombs）试验可出现阳性；硫酸铜尿糖试验可呈假阳性，但葡萄糖酶试验法不受影响；血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶和血尿素氮可升高；采用Jaffe反应进行血清和尿肌酐值测定时可有假性增高。|6.本品宜空腹口服，因食物可延迟其吸收。牛奶不影响本品吸收。

遮光，密封保存。
