适应症
本品为抗肿瘤药，主要用于不能耐受标准化疗的恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的治疗。
用法用量
1.本品单药治疗推荐剂量为每次125mg/m2，加入5%葡萄糖溶液500ml中，持续均速静脉点滴不少于6小时，每天一次，连续给药10天，停药休息5天后重复疗程。|2.根据患者耐受情况，也可在第二阶段将剂量调整为125-150mg/m2。至少使用2个疗程，病情稳定（SD）者可继续使用。目前尚未明确疗程与疗效之间的关系。
不良反应
临床研究中共363例恶性肿瘤患者接受了盐酸槐定碱治疗，不良反应以WHO标准分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四级评价，结果显示：|1.本品不良反应较轻。对主要脏器（心、肝、肺、肾）功能无明显损害。临床研究中未见过敏反应，也无局部反应或脱发。骨髓抑制轻微（Ⅰ°2.1－5.9%，Ⅱ°0.84－2.1%，未见Ⅲ°以上抑制），一般不需合并使用升白药。|2.消化道反应（食欲不振、恶心、呕吐）发生率为20－30%，但均为轻度（Ⅰ、Ⅱ°），病人可耐受，对症处理可缓解。|3.神经系统反应：|(1)乏力、头晕的发生率约20%，但均为轻度（Ⅰ、Ⅱ°），停药消失。|(2)约8%患者手部或脸部肌肉偶有短暂不自主抖动（Ⅰ°），不需任何处理可自行消失；约1%患者肢体短暂不自主颤动（Ⅱ°），口服小剂量安定即可缓解；少数患者（约1%）可能发生四肢抽搐（Ⅲ、Ⅳ°），一旦发生应立即静脉推注安定，症状即可缓解。
禁忌
对喹诺里西啶类生物碱有过敏史者禁用。
注意事项
1.静脉点滴给药时要均速给药，滴速不宜过快，本品每日量加入500ml 5%葡萄糖，应不少于6小时滴完。神经系统反应的发生，与静脉点滴过快有关。|2.每天开始给本品前半小时内口服2.5－5mg安定片，可有效预防肌颤抽搐的发生。安定也可有效缓解已发生的肌颤抽搐症状，如发生四肢抽搐，应立即静脉推注安定。|3.肾功能已Ⅱ°受损者慎用本品，以免影响本品经尿排泄，引起蓄积而产生副作用。|4.对有脑转移、癫痫史患者慎用，或用安定预防抽搐。
