适应症
本品适应症与盐酸克林霉素口服制剂一致，用于治疗由敏感细菌(如厌氧菌与葡萄球菌、链球菌、肺炎球菌等)引起的感染。 1.呼吸道感染。 2.泌尿系统感染。 3.五官感染及皮肤软组织感染等。 4.注意：本品代谢产物克林霉素不能通过血脑屏障，对脑膜炎无效；对于厌氧菌感染，本品与甲硝唑有相同的疗效。
用法用量
1.口服，一次0.15～0.3g(1～2片)(以克林霉素计)，一日3～4次；小儿每日每公斤体重10～20mg，分3～4次服用。 2.为防止急性风湿热的发生，用本类药物治疗溶血性链球菌感染时的疗程至少为10日。
不良反应
1.胃肠道反应：包括恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症症；严重者有腹绞痛、腹部压痛、严重腹泻(水样或脓血样)，伴发热、异常口渴和疲乏(假膜性肠炎)。腹泻、肠炎和假膜性肠炎等可出现于治疗中或停药后。
2.过敏反应：通常以轻到中度的麻疹样皮疹最为多见，其次为水疱样皮疹和荨麻疹，偶见多形红斑，剥脱性皮炎,部分表现为Stevens-Johnson综合征。
3.可出现肝功能异常、肾功能异常，偶见中性粒细胞减少和嗜酸性粒细胞增多等。
禁忌
本品、克林霉素或林可霉素过敏史者禁用。
注意事项
1.患者对一种林可霉素过敏时可以对克林霉素亦产生过敏反应。
2.不同菌株对林可霉素的敏感性可有相当差异，故药敏试验有重要意义。
3.肾功能减退时应慎用。除重度减退外，肾功能减退患者的克林霉素用量一般无需减少。患者有严重肾功能减退和（或）严重肝功能减退，伴严重代谢异常，采用高剂量时需作血清药物浓度监测。
4.在肠胃疾病或有既往史者，特别是溃疡性结肠炎.局限性结肠炎.抗生素伴随肠炎时应慎用，以免发生伪膜性肠炎。

密闭，在干燥处保存。
