适应症
本品主要用于慢性支气管炎及其他呼吸道疾病如哮喘、支气管扩张、矽肺等有黏痰不易咳出者。
用法用量
1.肌内注射：加注射用水2ml溶解，溶解后注射，一次4mg(1支)，一日8～12mg(2～3支)。 2.静脉注射：用0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射用稀释后静脉滴注，一次4mg(1支)，一日8～12mg(2～3支)。
不良反应
1. 轻微的不良反应偶有头痛、头昏、恶心、呕吐、胃部不适、腹痛、腹泻，减量或停药后可消失。可有血清转氨酶―过性升高的现象。2. 严重的不良反应:皮疹、遗尿。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 当药品性状发生改变时禁止使用。2. 胃溃疡者应慎用。
贮藏
密闭，在凉暗干燥处保存。
