适应症
本品适用于治疗下列敏感菌引起的轻、中度感染:|1.慢性支气管炎急性发作:由流感嗜血杆菌、卡他莫拉菌、肺炎链球菌引起。|2.急性支气管炎:由卡他莫拉菌，肺炎链球菌引起。|3.社区获得性肺炎:由嗜肺军团菌、肺炎支原体、肺炎链球菌引起。|4.鼻咽炎和扁桃体炎:由化脓性链球菌引起。|5.单纯性皮肤和软组织感染:由金黄色葡萄球菌(甲氧西林敏感菌株)?化脓性链球菌引起。
用法用量
1.本品可与食物同服或饭后一小时内服用，不得分割、压碎、咀嚼。|2.一日一次，一次一粒，重者一次两粒或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.3299例患者口服本药（500mg/天）7-14天，没有发现与毒性有关的死亡或致残。87例患者(2.6%)因不良反应终止用药，其中35例(40%)是因恶心和腹痛终止用药。 |2.另一临床试验（口服本药500mg/天，疗程5天）结果表明，35例患者(3.8%)因不良反应终止用药，其中15例(43%)是因恶心和腹痛终止用药。 |与本药治疗有关的不良反应如下： |(1)头痛(7.7%)、腹痛(7.1%)腹泻(6.7%)、恶心(5.9%)、消化不良(2.6%)、眩晕/头晕(2.1%)、皮疹(1.4%)、呕吐(1.1%)等。 |(2)血小板计数增加(3.8%)、钾离子升高(2.6%)、碳酸氢盐减少(1.4%)、CPK增加(1.2%)、嗜酸性粒细胞增加(1.2%)、中性粒细胞增加(1.2%)、白细胞增加(0.8%)等。
禁忌
1.禁用于对地红霉素、红霉素和其他大环内酯抗生素严重过敏的患者。|2.不应用于可疑或潜在菌血症患者(因其不能提供有效的药物浓度达到治疗部位)。
注意事项
1.肝功能不全:轻度肝损伤患者，其平均Cmax、AUC和分布体积随服药次数的增多而略有增加，但不必调整剂量。|2.肾功能不全:其平均Cmax、AUC随肌酐清除率的降低而趋于升高，但肾脏损伤(包括透析)患者不必调整剂量。
贮藏
遮光，密封，置室温干燥处(10-30℃)保存。
