适应症
1.各种原因所致的软组织肿胀、静脉性水肿。 2.下肢静脉性水肿，静脉曲张等静脉疾病。 3.痔疮。
用法用量
1.成人：常规剂量，口服给药 一次30-60mg，早、晚各1次，20日为一疗程。 (1)静脉注射：10-15mg溶于10%葡萄糖注射液5-10ml，或0.9%氯化钠注射液40ml中给药，一日2次。 (2)静脉滴注：20-30mg溶于10%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液250-500ml中给药，一日1次。 2.儿童： (1)静脉注射：1. 3-10岁：一日0.2mg/kg。2. 3岁以下：一日0.1mg/kg。 (2)静脉滴注：用量同静脉注射。
不良反应
个别情况下出现轻微胃肠道不适，不需要停药，建议与饭共同服食。如服用本品期间出现任何不良反应，请告知医生。
禁忌
1.对本药过敏者。
2.肾功能不全者。
3.妊娠早期患者。
4.Rh血型不合的孕妇。
注意事项
1.药片必须完整服下。
2.在有效日期内服用。
3.放置儿童不易触及的地方。
贮藏
避光，室温保存。
