适应症
用于治疗细菌性阴道病。
用法用量
阴道给药，每日一次，于晚上临睡前清洗外阴后，将本品0.1g(1片)放入阴道后穹隆处，连用7天。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.国外临床研究报道，589例患者使用克林霉素磷酸酯栓，不良反应发生率为10.5%，其中3例(0.5%)中断治疗。不良反应包括:泌尿生殖系统:功能紊乱(3.4%)、阴道痛(1.9%)、念珠菌阴道炎(1.5%)。全身作用:真菌感染(1.0%)发生率<1%的泌尿生殖系统:月经紊乱、排尿困难等。全身:腹部痉挛、腹痛、发热、协腹痛、头痛等。消化系统:腹泻、呕吐和恶心。皮肤:非药用部位皮肤发红、皮疹、用药部位疼痛、皮炎。2.国内临床研究情况本品不良反应发生率4.23%(3/72)。不良反应包括轻中度阴道局部刺激症状、心慌、呕吐、畏寒、阴道出血、停药后症状消失。也可能出现一过性血清转氨酶轻度升高。
禁忌
1.对克林霉素、林可霉素或本品其他组分有过敏史者禁用。|||2.有局限性肠炎、溃疡性肠炎或抗生素相关肠炎病史患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品仅供阴道给药，切忌口服。2.月经期病人不宜使用本品，可在月经干净后使用。3.在使用本品期间应避免房事，同时避免冲洗阴道。4.出现过敏反应时就停药就医。5.如使用过量或出现严重不良反应，请立即就医。6.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。7.请将此药品放在儿童不能接触的地方。8.如正在使用其他药物，在使用本品前应咨询医师或药师。
