适应症
本品抗肿瘤药。用于治疗白血病。
用法用量
静脉滴注，每次1-2瓶，每日1次，滴注时间2~4小时，连续用药30天为一个疗程。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.较同类药物为轻，对心肌，肝肾功能均不损害，对局部组织无刺激。|2.骨髓抑制：表现为白细胞下降，对红细胞、血小板无明显抑制作用。|3.胃肠道反应：主要表现在恶心、呕吐、食欲减退、腹泻等反应。|4.偶见泌尿系统毒性：尿频、尿急、尿痛、血尿和轻度蛋白尿。|5.其他：偶见有嗜睡、乏力、头痛、脱发。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.羟喜树碱粉针及小水针规定可用于治疗原发性肝癌、胃癌、膀胱癌、直肠癌、头颈部上皮癌、白血病等恶性肿瘤。|2.因本品为静脉点滴法，故仅用于白血病的治疗。|3.由于本品会导致心电图异常及白细胞减少症，用药期间应严格检查血象。|4.静脉滴注时药液切忌外溢，否则易引起局部疼痛及炎症。|5.本品呈碱性，与其它药物混合容易引起pH值改变，应尽量避免配伍使用。
贮藏
遮光密闭，阴凉处保存。
