适应症
本品单独或与抗逆转录病毒的核苷类药物合用治疗晚期或非进行性的艾滋病病人。
用法用量
口服600mg，2次/日，最好与食物同服。
不良反应
1.本品耐受性一般良好，常见的不良反应有恶心(23%～26%)、呕吐(13%～15%)、腹泻(13%～18%)、虚弱(9%～14%〕、腹痛(3%～7%)、厌食(1%～6%)、味觉异常(1%～10%)、感觉异常(3%～6%)。
2.此外还有头痛、血管扩张和实验室化验异常，如三酰甘油(甘油三酯)与胆固醇、丙氨酸转氨酶与天冬氨酸转氨酶、尿酸值升高。
3.本品不良反应发生率在治疗开始2～4周最大，因为在此时期内本品血浓度高。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1.严重肝病病人禁用。
2.轻、中度肝病病人和腹泻病人慎用。
3.据报道，在欧洲约有15名接受HIV蛋白酶抑制剂的伴有血友病的HIV阳性病人发生自动出血症状。故血友病病人使用本品应加倍小心，并注意自动出血事件。
4.孕妇只有在明确完全需要时才能使用。
5.尚不知本品在人乳中是否分泌，哺乳妇女应停止授乳，以免将HIV传染给婴儿。
6.在开始本品治疗前、治疗中定期检查血脂、转氨酶或尿酸，若出现升高时应停药或减量观察。
7.本品口服液制剂气味不佳，可与巧克力、牛奶或营养补品同服，以掩盖其讨厌的气味。
8.本品对12岁以下儿童的疗效和安全性还未确定，故儿童不宜使用本品。
9.对HIV感染病人和健原志愿受试者的试验表明，本品与二脱氧肌苷、氟康唑和齐多夫定的相互作用无临床意义。两种制剂均应冷藏。
