适应症
预防和治疗癌症化疗引起的恶心和呕吐。治疗手术后的恶心、呕吐。
用法用量
1.预防和治疗化疗引起的恶心和呕吐：将本品5mg溶于100毫升常用的输注液中（如生理盐水、林格氏液或5%葡萄糖液）在化疗前快速静脉滴注或缓慢静脉推注。儿童用量：一般不推荐用于儿童，如病情需要必须使用时，可参照下列剂量：2岁以上儿童剂量0.1mg/公斤，最高可达5mg/天。成人用量：成人的推荐剂量为5毫克/天，第1天静脉给药，第2～6天可改为口服给药。2．用于外科手术后恶心和呕吐：将本品2mg溶于生理盐水、林格氏液或5%的葡萄糖液由静脉输注或缓慢静脉注射。
不良反应
尚不明确。
禁忌
对盐酸托烷司琼过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1、高血压未控制的患者，用药后可能引起血压进一步升高，故高血压患者应慎用，其用量不宜超过10毫克/天。2、盐酸托烷司琼常见不良反应是头晕和疲劳，患者服药后在驾车或操纵机械者应慎用。3、肝肾功能障碍者使用本品半衰期延长，但这种变化在每天5mg，连续用药6天的治疗中不会发生药物蓄积，因此不必调整用药剂量。
贮藏
阴凉处（不超过20℃）密闭保存。
