适应症
本品适用于治疗男性勃起功能障碍
用法用量
在性交前20分钟将药片置于舌下，约10分钟后溶解吸收.用药前宜少量饮水，以便湿润口腔，使药物易于自行溶解.本品的起始剂量为一次2mg，未达到治疗作用时，剂量可依次增加至一次3mg或4mg.
不良反应
可能发生的不良反应有恶心，头痛，头晕，欲睡，咽喉炎，咳嗽加重，关节炎，面部潮红，味觉异常，出汗等，偶见昏厥。
禁忌
1.对阿扑吗啡及舌下片辅料过敏者。
2.严重变异性心绞痛，新发性心肌梗塞，严重心衰，低血压，及其它身体状态不宜性活动者。
3.性伴侣为孕妇或哺乳期妇女。
注意事项
1.盐酸阿扑吗啡舌下片解开包装后需马上服用，因为盐酸阿扑吗啡在空气中长期放置会与空气中的氧接触就会变为绿色，再进行服用，会影响药效。
2.两次服用威尼乐时间最好间隔8个小时。
3.在服用盐酸阿扑吗啡舌下片后，切勿与同类治疗男人ED药品服用。
4.糖尿病与高血压患者可以服用此药，但切记，在服用了治疗糖尿病与高血压药物的同时，不能与此类药物同时服用，在服用了盐酸阿扑吗啡舌下片后，最好间隔4小时再服用治疗糖尿病与高血压的药物。
贮藏
遮光，密封，置干燥，阴凉处保存。
