适应症
本品用于风湿、类风湿性关节炎、骨质疏松、颈椎病等疾病的症状改善、同时用于骨折及骨科手术后骨愈合、可促进骨愈合和骨新生。
用法用量
1.本品肌内注射,一次30mg～60mg,一日1次.|2.静脉滴注,一次60mg～150mg,一日1次,15～30天为一个疗程或遵医嘱.|3.亦可在痛点或穴位注射。
不良反应
1.本品可发生过敏反应。过敏反应可在治疗初及治疗中发生，其皮疹、荨麻疹常见（<5%），发热、低血压等严重过敏反应少见（<0.5%）。|2.发生过敏反应时应立即予以抗过敏治疗并停药。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者禁用。|2.严重肾功能不全者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品出现西林瓶破裂，禁止使用。|2.如本品溶解后出现浑浊，禁止使用。|3.过敏体质者慎用。|4.如应用本品伴有发热，皮疹等症状，应当及时停药并给予抗过敏治疗。|5.严格按照贮藏条件保存，否则易影响药品质量，增加不良反应发生。|6.建议用0.9%氯化钠注射液溶解。|7.本品不宜与其他类药物同时滴注和使用同一输液器。
