适应症
本品为抗厌氧菌药。用于脆弱类杆菌，梭状芽胞杆菌，牙龈卟琳菌，厌氧消化链球菌，产黑色素类杆菌等敏感厌氧菌所致的轻，中度牙周炎及冠周炎的辅助治疗。
用法用量
?口腔局部含用，每次1片，每次口腔滞留时间为20～30分钟，每日4次，连用3~6天。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
不良反应少见而轻微，少数病人可有如下反应： 1. 味觉改变、如口内有金属味。 2. 消化道反应，如轻度恶心、呕吐、食欲下降。 3. 过敏反应，如皮疹、荨麻疹、瘙痒等。 4. 偶见神经系统反应，如头昏、眩晕、共济失调等。
禁忌
1. 对替硝唑和一般硝基咪唑类药物过敏者禁用。2. 孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1. 本品为口腔局部含化制剂、不宜口服。 2. 本品在口腔内含化时，每次应滞留20～30分钟 3. 用本品期间，禁饮含酒精的饮料。否则，可能有腹部痉挛，面部潮红等反应。 4. 发生神经系统反应时，应及时停药。

遮光，密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。
