适应症

本品用于结核杆菌感染的疾病和重症耐甲氧西林金葡菌，表葡菌以及难治性军团菌感染的联合治疗。

用法用量

1.静脉滴注:成人:一般感染一次500mg，溶于5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中，一日2次。中重度感染:一次1000mg，溶于5%葡萄糖注射液500ml中，一日2次，滴速不宜过快。小儿:用量为一日10～30mg/kg体重，一日2次或遵医嘱。2.静脉推注:成人:1次500mg，一日2～3次。缓慢推注。

不良反应

1.滴注过快时可出现暂时性巩膜或皮肤黄染;肌肉注射可引起局部疼痛，有时出现硬皮、肿块。2.少数病人可出现一过性肝脏损害、黄疸及肾损害。3.其他不良反应有恶心、食欲不振及眩晕，偶见耳鸣及听力下降、过敏性皮炎等。

禁忌

1.有肝病或肝损害者禁用。2.对本品过敏者禁用。

注意事项

1.长期应用本品，可见ALT轻度增高，停药后一般可自行恢复。2.本品不宜与其他药物混合使用，以免药物析出。3.用药后病人尿液呈红色，属于正常现象。4.与异烟肼合用，对结核菌有协同抗菌作用，但对肝毒性亦增加。5.用药期间应监测肝功能。

贮藏

密闭，在干燥处保存。
