适应症
本品用于治疗单一药物不能充分控制血压的轻、中度原发性高血压。
用法用量
1.当用缬沙坦单一治疗不能满意控制血压时,用氢氯噻嗪25mg每日一次不能满意控制血压或发生低血钾时，可改用本品(含缬沙坦80mg/氢氯噻嗪12.5mg)每次片每日一次在服药2-4周内可达到最大的抗高血压疗效。 2.对于轻至中度的肾功能衰竭患者(肌酐清除率≥30ml/min)或轻至中度肝功能衰竭(非胆管性无胆汁淤积)的患者不需要调整
不良反应
在共包括1570名病人的两项对照临床试验中，730名病人接受缬沙坦与氢氯噻嗪的联合应用，报道的不良事件发生在中枢神经系统，上呼吸道，胃肠道。
禁忌
1.对本品中的任一成分或磺胺衍生物过敏。
2.妊娠（见妊娠和哺乳）。
3.严重的肝脏衰竭，胆汁性肝硬化或胆汁淤积。
4.严重的肾脏衰竭肌，肝清除率。
注意事项
