适应症
1.本品适用于预防和缓解因膳食引发的发作性烧心和胃食管反流性疾病(GERD)以及因GERD出现的烧心(灼热感，heartburn)等症状。|2.治疗内镜诊断的食道炎(包括糜烂和溃疡性食道炎)、良性胃溃疡、活动性十二指肠溃疡以及十二指肠溃疡愈合后的维特治疗。
用法用量
1.活动性十二指肠溃疡：成人一日一次，一次二粒（300mg），睡前口服；或者，一日二次，一次一粒（150mg），疗程可用至8周。|2.十二指肠溃疡愈合后的维持治疗：成人一日一次，一次一粒（150mg），睡前口服，连续治疗一年以上的结果尚不明确。|3.胃食管反流性疾病（GERD）：成人一日二次，一次一粒（150mg），以治疗糜烂性食道炎、溃疡性食道炎和因GERD出现的烧心症状，疗程可用至12周。|4.良性胃溃疡：一日一次，一次二粒（300mg），睡前口服；或者一日二次，一次一粒（150mg），疗程可用至8周。
不良反应
1.不良反应发生率约2%。主要有皮疹、瘙痒、便秘、腹泻、口渴、呕吐等。|2.也有神经系统症状如：头晕、失眠、多梦、头痛；偶见鼻炎、咽炎、鼻窦炎、虚弱、胸背痛及多汗得等。|3.罕见腹胀和食欲不振。
禁忌
对本品或其他组胺H2受体拮抗剂过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.对本品过敏者禁用，对其他H2受体拮抗剂过敏者慎用。|2.妊娠妇女和儿童的安全性尚未明确，必须使用时谨慎。|3.肾功能不全患者使用本品时应减量。|4.服药后尿胆素原测定可呈假阳性。
