适应症
适用于病毒性肺炎和病毒炎上呼吸道感染。
用法用量
1.临用前，加灭菌注射用水适量使溶解。|2.肌内注射 一次40～80mg 一日1～2次。|3.静脉滴注：用5%葡萄糖注射液或5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液稀释后滴注，一日0.16～0.4g 一日1～2次。|4.小儿酌减或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.静脉滴注后多见皮肤过敏反应和小儿泄泻，偶见过敏性休克及肝功能损害等报道。炎琥宁注射剂的严 重不良反应以全身性损害为主。|2.主要症状为过敏性休克、过敏样反应、寒战、高热等，而皮肤及其附件损害主要表现为皮疹，其中，53%的患者为14岁以下儿童，38%的死亡患者因为药品引起的过敏性休克。|3.对于炎琥宁的不合理使用国家药品不良反应监测中心发布了第二十三期《药品不良反应信息通报》指出，主要是超剂量用药、超适应症用药和过敏体质用药三方面表现。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.在使用过程中如有发热、气短现象，应立即停止用药。|2.一旦出现过敏性休克表现，立即采取相应的急救措施。|3.本品需输注前新鲜配制，药物性状发生改变时禁用。|4.使用本品期间，如出现任何不良事件和/或不良反应，请咨询医生。|5.同时使用其他药品，请告知医生。|6.请放置于儿童不接触的地方。

密封，置阴凉处。
