适应症
主要用于预防风湿热复发，也可用于控制链球菌感染的流行。
用法用量
临用前加适量灭菌注射用水使成混悬液。肌内注射，成人一次60万～120万单位，2～4周1次；小儿一次30万～60万单位，2～4周1次。
不良反应
1．过敏反应：青霉素所致的过敏反应在应用本品过程中均可能发生，其中以皮疹为多见，白细胞减少、间质性肾炎、哮喘发作和血清病型反应等少见，严重者如过敏性休克偶见，过敏性休克一旦发生，必须就地抢救，予以保持气道畅通、吸氧及使用肾上腺素、糖皮质激素等治疗措施。2．二重感染：可出现耐青霉素金葡菌、革兰氏阴性杆菌或念球菌二重感染。
禁忌
有青霉素类药物过敏史者或青霉素皮肤试验阳性患者禁用。
注意事项
1.应用本品前需详细询问药物过敏史并进行青霉素皮肤试验。2．对一种青霉素过敏者可能对其它青霉素类药物、青霉胺过敏，有青霉素过敏史者约有5%～7%的患者可能存在对头孢菌素类药物交叉过敏。3．有哮喘、湿疹、枯草热、荨麻疹等过敏性疾病患者应慎用本品。4．应用本品须新鲜配制。5．应用青霉素期间，以硫酸铜法测定尿糖可能出现假阳性，而用葡萄糖酶法则不受影响。

密封，在干燥处保存。
