适应症
用于治疗恶性疟和间日疟。
用法用量
口服，成人总剂量8片，早晚各一次，每次2片。各年龄组剂量见下表（单位：片）：
不良反应
本品主要不良反应较少，主要有磷酸哌喹引起，如下：1、消化道反应：如恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、腹痛、腹泻等；2、神经系统：如头晕、头痛、耳聋、睡眠不佳等；3、过敏反应：皮肤瘙痒、皮疹等；4、实验室检查异常：如外周红细胞一过性降低、SGPT及SGOT一过性升高、血肌酐升高等。
禁忌
以下患者禁用：
1、对本品中任何一种药物成分过敏者；
2、孕妇；
3、严重肝肾疾病、血液病（如白细胞减少、血小板减少等）等患者。
注意事项
1、本品无退热作用；2、肝肾功能不全者慎用；3、严格按照规定用法和用量使用本品，临床症状未有改善时，请及时咨询医师；4、本品中磷酸哌喹的半衰期较长，半个月内不要重复服用。
贮藏
避光密闭，置阴凉干燥处保存。
