适应症
用于缓解良性前列腺增生症(BPH)引起的尿路梗阻症状，如尿频、尿急、夜尿频繁、排尿不完全、排尿延迟、排尿间断以及尿失禁、尿痛等症状。
用法用量
口服。 1.通常成人初始用量为一次25mg(1片)，一日1次，于睡前服用，剂量可随临床疗效作适当调整，每日最大剂量不得超过75mg(3片) 2.高龄患者应从低剂量(12.5mg/日)开始用药，同时注意监护。
不良反应
本品常见的不良反应发生率为4.42%(27/611)，主要不良反应有头晕(0.98%)、站立时头晕(0.49%)、头痛、头重(0.33%)、耳鸣(0.33%)、便泌(0.33%)、胃部不适感(0.33%)、浮肿(0.33%)、发冷(0.33%)，实验室检查发现丙氨酸氨基转移酶上升(1.53%)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(1.34%)上升。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.以下患者慎用本品:
2.患严重心、脑血管疾病及肝功能不全的患者慎用;
3.从事高空作业、机动车驾驶的患者慎用;
4.血压偏低者或同时使用降压药的患者;
5.服用本品后有发生体位性低血压的可能性，建议在睡前服用本品。

密封保存。
