适应症
用于戒烟。
用法用量
1.舌下含服，每1-2小时1-2片(2-4mg)，每日最大剂量不得超过20片(40mg)。4周后，用药剂量逐渐减少，直至停药。 2.根据本品临床试验结果，推荐用法如下： (1)第1-4周，每1-2小时1-2片； (2)第5-6周，每2-4小时1-2片； (3)第7-8周，每4-8小时1-2片； (4)第9周，戒烟。 3.治疗第一周的1-4天为剂量调整期，由戒烟者根据自己对香烟的依赖程度选择用量。
不良反应
1.一般来说，NRT比吸烟安全很多，原因是NRT的尼古丁是用崭新的方法送入人体，而免除了吸烟的副作用。
2.现在仍未有任何报告指奥菲尼舌下含片会令人上瘾。因奥菲尼舌下含片的尼古丁含量较低，故使用过量的危险亦极低。但当和其它尼古丁产品一起使用时，便有服用过量的危机，会出现呕心或呕吐。孕妇、消化性溃疡和肾脏、肝脏或心脏病患者在使用奥菲尼舌下含片时须特别小心。
