适应症
用于有胃肠道功能或部分胃肠道功能、不能摄取足量常规食物以满足机体营养需求的患者，如胃肠道功能障碍、危重疾病、营养不良患者术前营养支持，及内科疾病的营养缺乏症患者，也可作为肿瘤放疗时辅助用药。
用法用量
口服 成人，每日3次，每次0.5g（二粒），餐后服用。
不良反应
有时会出现便秘、腹泻、偶尔有胃部不适等，一般不需要作特殊处理。
禁忌
对本品所含成份过敏者。
注意事项
1.本品为氨基酸类药物，患有慢性肾功能衰竭的患者，如果服用过量，对肾脏会造成损害，因此在这种情况下患者若服用谷氨酰胺必须在医生的严密观察下使用。
2.谷氨酰胺能增加肠道对钠和氯的吸收，进而增加肠道对水分的吸收，对腹泻病人有益，但对无腹泻病人来说，有可能使大便变硬，造成便秘，若长期服用此药，病人必须增加纤维含量高的食品的摄入，并大量喝水。
3.谷氨酰胺不适用于伴有严重肝脏疾病的患者，对有严重的肝硬化及其它代谢性疾病的病人，血氨增加可诱发肝性脑病甚至肝昏迷。
4.该药品在高温下会被分解破坏，因此谷氨酰胺在室温下或冷的食品及饮料中服用，不能与加热的或者含酸量高的食品混合摄入。

遮光，密封保存。
