适应症
可用于多种原因发生的巨细胞病毒感染用于治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎。
用法用量
滴入眼睑内，一次2滴，每2小时一次，一日给药7～8次。
不良反应
滴眼可引起轻度眼睑水肿、结膜充血、疼痛和烧灼感等症状，减少用药次数后能耐受继续治疗。9家临床单位进行单、双盲法治疗单疱性树枝状、地图状、盘状等三型角膜炎268例，总有效率85.4%，而不良反应发生率仅0.96%。
禁忌
对更昔洛韦过敏者禁用。
注意事项
精神病患者及神经中毒症状者慎用；严禁过量用药，在启用后最多可使用四周。
贮藏
遮光，密才，在10℃以上保存。
