适应症
本品可用于需减少流血或止血的各种医疗情况，如：外科、内科、妇产科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科等临床科室的出血及出血性疾病;也可用来预防出血，如手术前用药，可避免或减少手术部位及手术后出血。
用法用量
静脉注射、肌肉注射，也可局部使用。儿童：每次0.3-0.5-1.0KU， 。或遵医嘱。成人：每次1.0―2.0KU， 紧急情况下，立即静脉注射1.0KU，同时肌肉注射1.0KU。各类外科手术：手术前1小时，肌肉注射1.0KU，或手术前15分钟，静脉注射1.0KU。手术后每日肌肉注射1.0KU，连用三天，或遵医嘱。在用药期间，应注意观察病人的出、凝血时间。应防止用药过量，否则疗效会下降。
不良反应
不良反应发生率较低，偶见过敏样反应。如出现此类情况，可按一般抗过敏处理方法，给予抗组胺药或/和糖皮质激素及对症治疗。
禁忌
1. 虽无关于血栓的报道，为安全计，有血栓病史者禁用。2. 对本品或同类药品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 播散性血管内凝血(DIC)及血液病所致的出血不宜使用本品。2. 血中缺乏血小板或某些凝血因子(如凝血酶原)时，本品没有代偿作用，宜在补充血小板或缺乏的凝血因子、或输注新鲜血液的基础上应用本品。3. 在原发性纤溶系统亢进(如：内分泌腺、癌症手术等)的情况下，宜与血抗纤溶酶的药物联合应用。4. 应注意防止用药过量，否则其止血作用会降低。5. 使用期间还应注意观察病人的出、凝血时间。
