适应症
1、下述疾病而产生的各种临床症状： 脑动脉硬化，脑外伤后遗症，梗塞后遗症，脑出血后退症2、由以下疾病而导致的微循环障碍阻塞性血栓静脉炎(Burger’病)、阻塞性动脉硬化、动脉血栓栓塞、雷诺氏病及现象、手足发绀、冻疮、间歇性跛行。3、高血压(此药的抗高血压作用是轻微的，仅适用于下列病人：老年病人，脑动脉硬化和脑卒中后遗症的病人 ，服用利尿剂无降高血压作用的病人，可联合服用本品。 4、老年痴呆症(阿尔茨海默病)症状及体征 眩晕、头痛、注意力涣散，定向力障碍，记忆力减退，运动力减弱，抑郁，孤僻，生活能力下降，自理能力降低。
用法用量
每次1粒，每日二次(早晚)餐时服用，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
循环系统：可能出现心动过缓、低血压、脑缺血、面红、过激和心悸。 过敏反应：可能会出现药疹，罕见瘙痒。发生上述反应时，应停药。 精神神经系统：可能出现头痛、头重感、眩晕、失眠、嗜睡，肢端麻痒和攻击反应。 消化系统：可能出现恶心、眍吐、便秘、腹痛、厌食、口干、胃灼热、腹泻和口腔炎。 肝脏：可能AST和ALT值增高。 其他：有时会出现感觉异常，如舌刺痛感、舌僵直感、舌扭曲感，胸部不适，乏力，不适，罕见心前区疼痛，出汗障碍，鼻道狭窄，耳鸣。
禁忌
对本品或麦角碱类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
以下病人如需使用本品时，应极为慎重。严重心动过缓，精神病
