适应症
1.原发性和继发性高尿酸血症，尤其是尿酸生成的过多而引起的高尿酸血症，有肾功能不全的高尿酸血症。 2.慢性痛风者，痛风石。 3.尿酸性肾结石和（或）尿酸性肾病。
用法用量
口服，每日一次，每次250mg(一粒)。
不良反应
1.胃肠道反应：可能会引起消化功能失调，如上腹痛、恶心、腹泻，很少因此而停药，饭后用药可减轻或避免消化系统的副作用。
2.皮疹：一般为丘疹样红斑、湿疹或痒疹。如皮疹广泛而持久，经对症处理无效并有加重趋势时必须停药。
3.罕见有白细胞减少，血小板减少，贫血，骨髓抑制，主要发生在肾功能不全病人中，如发生此类不良反应，均应考虑停药。
4.其他有脱发、发热、淋巴结肿大、肝毒性、间质性肾炎及过敏性血管炎等，上述不良反应一般在停药后均能恢复正常。
禁忌
1.对本品及其辅料过敏者。
2.严重肝肾功能不全者。
3.明显血细胞低下者。
4.哺乳期妇女。
注意事项
1.本品不能控制痛风性关节炎的急性炎症症状，不能作为抗炎药使用。因为本品促使尿酸结晶重新溶解时可再次诱发并加重关节炎急性期症状。
2.本品必须在痛风性关节炎的急性炎症症状消失后（一般在发作后两周左右）方开始应用。
3.服药期间应多饮水，并使尿液呈中性或碱性以利尿酸排泄。
4.本品用于血尿酸和24小时尿尿酸过多，或有痛风石、或有泌尿系结石及不宜用促尿酸排出药者。
5.本品必须由小剂量开始，逐渐递增至有效量维持正常血尿酸和尿尿酸水平，以后逐渐减量，用最小有效量维持较长时间。
6.与排尿酸药合用可加强疗效。不宜与铁剂同服。
7.用药前及用药期间要定期检查血尿酸及24小时尿尿酸水平，以此作为调整药物剂量的依据。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
