适应症
1.本品适用于上呼吸道感染(感冒、咽喉炎、鼻窦炎等)、急性或慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、支气管扩张症、肺炎、肺结核等引起的咳嗽症状的控制。 2.也可用于胸膜腔穿刺术、支气管造影术及支气管镜检查时引起咳嗽的治疗。 3.尤其适用于干咳及手术后无法进食的咳嗽患者。
用法用量
1.肌内注射，通常成人每次5-10mg,每瓶加注射用水1ml容解后注射，每日1-2次。 2.可由临床医师根据患者年龄及咳嗽严重程度情况增减本品用量。
不良反应
1.偶有发生抑制呼吸现象。
2.神经系统：有时出现头痛、头晕、失眠。
3.消化系统：少数患者可有恶心、呕吐、便秘、口渴等不良反应，个别患者用药后发生ALT轻微升高。
4.过敏反应：偶见皮疹。
5.局部注射可有红肿、疼痛。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者禁用。
2.正在服用MAO阻断剂的患者禁用。
3.妊娠3个月内的孕妇禁用。
注意事项
1.本品具有催眠作用，用药后的患者应避免从事高空作业和汽车驾驶等类危险的操作。
2.一旦出现呼吸抑制或过敏症状，应立即停药，并给予相应治疗措施。
3.老年人剂量酌减。
4.应避免在神经分布丰富部位注射，也应避免在同一个部位反复注射。
5.痰多难以咳出的患者应慎用本品。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
