适应症
1. 改善脑部血液循环和营养障碍性疾病(缺血性损害、颅脑外伤)所引起的神经功能缺损。2. 末稍动脉、静脉循环障碍及其引起的动脉血管病，腿部溃疡。3. 皮肤移植术;皮肤烧伤、烫伤、糜烂;愈合伤口(创伤、褥疮);放射所致的皮肤、粘膜损伤。
用法用量
本品可以用于静脉注射，动脉注射，肌内注射，也可加入输液中滴注或加入200～300ml5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠注射液中静脉滴注，滴注速度约2ml/min。1. 静脉给药：(1) 脑部缺血性损害：一次20～30ml静脉滴注，一日一次，连续2～3周。(2) 动脉血管病：一次20～50ml静脉滴注，一日一次，或一次20～50ml动脉或静脉注射，每周数次，四周一个疗程。(3) 腿部或其它慢性溃疡，烧伤：每次10ml静注(或5ml肌注)，一日一次或每周数次，按愈合情况可加用本品局部治疗。(4) 放射引起的皮肤，粘膜损伤的预防和治疗：在放疗期间，平均一日5ml静注。2. 尿道给药：放射性膀胱炎：一日10ml联合抗菌素治疗经尿道给药。
不良反应
过敏反应极为罕见(例如荨麻疹，皮肤潮红，药物热，休克等)。如发生过敏反应立即停药，并给予抗过敏处理。
禁忌
对本品或同类药品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 本品不宜与其它药物混合输注。2. 本品为高渗溶液，肌内注射时要缓慢，注射量不超过5ml。3. 本品如果发生沉淀或浑浊，禁止使用。
