适应症
用于癌症疼痛。骨折或术后疼痛等各种急、慢性疼痛。
用法用量
静脉滴注。一次100mg，或遵医嘱，必要时可重复给药。每日剂量不可超过400mg。
不良反应
偶见出汗、思睡、头晕、恶心、呕吐、纳差及排尿困难。在少数病例，可能出现对人心血管调节有影响（如心性、心动过缓、体位性低血压或心血管虚脱），尤其在病人精神紧张或静脉注射时。另外亦可能出现头痛、呕吐、便秘、胃肠道刺激症状（如感觉胃部压力、胃胀）和皮肤反应（如瘙痒、皮疹）。在少数病例，出现运动乏力，食欲改变和排尿异常。应用后在极少病例中出现不同的精神症状，基强度和性质视个体不同（取决于人格和用药持续时间），不良反应包括情绪改变（通常为情绪高涨，偶为抑郁）、活动改变（通常为抑制、偶为增加）及认知和感觉改变（如感知和意志障碍）。在极个别病人可能出现惊厥，但这种情况多在大剂量静脉应用本品和合并应用精神抑制经后出现。过敏反应和休克不能完全排除。
禁忌
1、对本品中的成份过敏者禁用。||||2、酒精、安眠药、镇痛药或其他作用于中枢神经系统药物引起的急性中毒患者禁用。|||3、严重脑损伤、意识模糊、呼吸抑制患者禁用。
注意事项
（1）肝、肾功能不全者、心脏疾患者酌情减量使用或慎用。（2）不得与单胺氧化酶抑制剂同用。（3）与中枢镇静剂（如地西泮等）合用时需减量。（4）长期使用不能排除产生耐药性或药物依赖性的可能。禁止作为对阿片类有依赖性病人的代替品，因不能抑制吗啡的戒断症状。（5）有药物滥用或依赖性倾向的病人不宜使用。（6）本品有可能影响病人的驾驶和机械操作能力，尤其是与酒精同时服用时更为严重。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在阴凉处保存。
