适应症
缺血性心、脑血管病(脑血栓、脑栓塞、冠心病等)和高脂血症。
用法用量
静脉滴注:成人，按体重一次1～3mg/kg，临用前溶于250～500ml生理盐水中，缓慢滴注(滴速应不大于0.75mg/kg/小时)，一日一次，10～14日为一疗程，每日最大用量不能超过150mg。
不良反应
不良反应的发生率为5%～23%，主要表现为：|1.循环系统的不良反应：主要表现为心悸、心绞痛、低血压及心电图异常。|2.血液系统的不良反应：有白细胞减少，血小板降低，牙龈、子宫或结合膜下出血，也有引起脑出血和上消化道出血并休克的报道。|3.消化系统的不良反应：主要表现为口干、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、腹痛、便秘及纳差等；有时出现肝脏异常，表现为TTT增高或增高。|4.过敏反应：有皮肤发红、瘙痒、皮疹、环形红斑、剥皮性皮炎、肢端静脉扩张、四肢末梢神经水肿、急性喉头水肿和过敏性休克等。|5.神经系统不良反应：头痛、头晕、嗜睡、烦躁不安等。|6.其他不良反应：有乏力、发热、关节肌肉疼痛、听力下降等。
禁忌
有出血性疾病或出血倾向者、严重肝、肾功能不全者禁用。
注意事项
1.应用本品前，应明确诊断，严格排除出血性疾病，测试有关实验室指标，如血液黏度、血小板聚集度、凝血酶原时间等。|2.有下列疾病者慎用：|(1)低血压、血容量不足。|(2)血小板减少症。|(3)非高粘滞血症、非血小板聚集亢进。|(4)过敏性体质。|3.本品禁用静脉注射或肌肉注射。

遮光，密封，在阴凉处保存。
