适应症
1.神经外科手术后昏迷病人苏醒。如脑肿瘤、血管瘤、先天性血管瘤，小肠血管瘤、颈部血管瘤、结直肠血管瘤、小儿血管瘤，小儿软骨营养障碍血管瘤综合征、喉血管瘤、颅脑损伤、脑出血昏迷等。|2.缺血性脑血管疾病。如脑栓塞、脑血栓，一过性脑缺血等。|3.急慢性酒精、药物、一氧化碳中毒和脑炎所致昏迷。4. 慢性精神病、颅脑外伤、老年性精神障碍综合症的治疗。
用法用量
静脉滴注。每日一次，每次4～8g。
不良反应
个别患者有口干、食欲减退、荨麻疹及记忆思维减退等，长期用药未见毒性。
禁忌
1.对本品有过敏史者禁用。|2.肝肾功能不全者禁用。|3.新生儿禁用。|4.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.以下情况禁用：|(1)对本品有过敏史者禁用。|(2)肝、肾功能不全者禁用。|(3)新生儿禁用。|(4)孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。|2.使用前请详细检查，如发现封口松动、药液混浊、瓶身或瓶口有破裂漏气、药液中有异物等，切勿使用。|3.本品一经使用，即有空气进入，剩余药液切勿使用。

遮光，密闭保存。
