适应症
适用于慢性湿疹、银屑病、扁平苔藓、 盘状红斑狼疮、神经性皮炎，掌跖脓疱病等皮质类固醇外用治疗有效的皮肤病。
用法用量
外用，薄薄一层均匀涂于患处，每日1～2次。除手掌、足跖及角化肥厚的皮损外，一般不宜采用封包治疗。1周用量不能超过50g。
不良反应
可有局部烧灼感、瘙痒、潮红等不良反应。
禁忌
1.原发性细菌性、真菌性及病毒性等感染性皮肤病，如脓疱病、体癣、股癣、单纯疱疹等禁用。
2.对本药及基质成分过敏者或对其他糖皮质激素过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.该品不宜大面积或长期局部外用。大面积使用，不能超过2周，以免全身性吸收而造成可逆性下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的抑制。
2.不能应用于面部、腋下、腹股沟等皮肤细嫩部位。即便短期应用也可造成皮肤萎缩等不良反应。
3.孕妇、哺乳期妇女应考虑用药利弊，慎重使用。孕妇不能长期、大面积或大量使用。
4.婴儿及儿童不宜使用。
5.该品不可用于眼部。
6.如伴有皮肤感染，必须同时使用抗感染药物。如同时使用后，感染的症状没有及时改善，应停用本药直至感染得到控制。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
