适应症
本品用于治疗季节性过敏鼻炎（减轻鼻部或非鼻部症状）及特发性荨麻疹。
用法用量
口服成人每日一次，每次1片（10mg）。
不良反应
大约90000名12岁以上过敏性鼻炎患者参加的随机对照临床试验中，口服氯雷他定10mg，每天1次，连续用药2周至6个月，用药组和安慰剂组因不良反应停药者发生率2%，副作用发生情况如表1所示。服用氯雷他定会出现头痛、嗜睡、乏力、口干反应，还可偶发肝功异常（包括黄疸，肝炎和肝坏死），秃发，过敏反应，乳腺增生，多形红斑，周围性水肿，癫痫。慢性特发性荨麻疹患者服用本品的副作用与过敏性鼻炎者的类似。本品的副作用不随年龄、性别、种族的不同而不同。除了上述发生率大于2%的副作用以外，还发现以下副作用（发生率小于2%）：自主神经系统：流泪，流涎，潮红，感觉迟钝，阳萎，多汗。一般状况：血管神经性水肿，虚弱，背痛，视物模糊，胸痛，耳痛，眼痛，腿部抽筋，抑郁，寒颤，耳鸣，病毒感染，体重增加。心血管系统：高血压，低血压，心悸，室上性快速性心律失常，晕厥，心动过速。中枢和外周神经系统：眼睑痉挛，眩晕，感觉异常，震颤。胃肠道系统：消化不良，胃胀，味觉改变，食欲下降，便秘，腹泻，呃逆，食欲增加，恶心，胃炎，牙痛，呕吐。肌肉骨骼系统：关节痛，肌痛。精神神经系统：激动，健忘，焦虑，精神错乱，性欲下降，抑郁，注意力不集中，失眼，易怒。生殖系统：乳房痛，痛经，月经过多，阴道炎。呼吸系统：支气管炎，支气管痉挛，咳嗽，呼吸困难，鼻衄，咳血，喉炎，鼻干，咽炎，鼻窦炎，喷嚏。皮肤及附属器：真皮炎，毛发干燥，皮肤干燥，光敏反应，瘙痒症，紫癜，皮疹，风疹。泌尿系统：尿频，尿液外观颜色改变，尿失禁，尿潴留。另外，服用氯雷他定还可偶发肝功异常（包括黄疸，肝炎和肝坏死），秃发，过敏反应，乳腺增生，多形红斑，周围性水肿，癫痫。
禁忌
禁用于对本品及其所含成份过敏者。
注意事项
1. 当与酒同时服用时，根据精神运动试验研究表明氯雷他定无药力相加作用。2. 在作皮试前的大约48小时应停止使用氯雷他定，因抗组胺药能清除或减轻皮肤对所有变应原的阳性反应。
