适应症
本品可用于治疗慢性肝炎所致的氨基转移酶升高。
用法用量
口服，成人常用剂量一次25mg，必要时可增至50mg，一日3次，最少服用6个月或遵医嘱，应逐渐减量。
不良反应
服用本药后，个别患者可能出现的不良反应均为轻度或中度，一般无需停药、或短暂停药、或对症治疗即可缓解。1416例临床研究中未见严重不良反应，偶见（发生率＜0.5%）头晕、皮疹、腹胀、睡眠障碍以及血红蛋白和白细胞计数异常、总胆红素和转氨酶升高、血小板下降，另有极个别（发生率＜0.1%）患者出现头痛、恶心、胃部不适、一过性血糖血肌酐升高。可视具体临床情况而采取相应措施。
禁忌
对本品和本品中其它成份过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1、在用药期间应密切观察病人临床症状，体征和肝功能变化，疗程结束后也应加强随访。
2、有肝功能失代偿者如胆红素明显升高、低白蛋白血症、肝硬化腹水、食管静脉曲张出血、肝性脑病及肝肾综合征慎用或遵医嘱。
